With over 25 years of music and recording experience, Elddy has worked with a vast array of styles of music from Rock to Regional Mexican. Starting as a young boy from South Texas, his musical upbringing and talent have taken him into many areas of the music business.    

Elddy’s musician credits include being a keyboardist, saxophonist, guitarist & backup vocalist from 1997- 2000 with Rhythm House Records artist, Mary Kathryn www.rhythmhouse.com and also from 2000 to 2002 with MCA recording artist, Joe King Carrasco & The Crowns, www.joeking.com.  Joe King had several hits in the 80’s with his songs “Party Weekend & Buena” which were regularly featured on MTV.   

From 1996 to 2000, Elddy was the recording & mastering engineer at Amen Studios/Manny Music in San Antonio, Texas. He worked under the direction of award winning music producer, Manny Guerra.  Manny is recognized as a pioneer in Tejano Music and was influential in developing many successful artists such as Selena Quintanilla, Roberto Pulido, David Marez, Mazz, La Mafia, Emilio Navaira, La Tropa F, and many more.  Elddy had the privilege of working on many of these artist’s recording projects. He also credits his friend Manny for helping him develop and sharpen his God given talent of producing, recording and mix engineering.  Some of his mastering work made it onto major record labels such as EMI Latin, Sony Latin, WEA Latin, BMG & others.

In early 2002, Elddy went through several life changing events.  His recent divorce and other personal struggles impacted his decision to leave Texas and head to Charlotte, North Carolina, where a friend had encouraged him to move up and start over again.            

It was in Charlotte where he started his own recording studio, Loco Sound Studios, Inc.  Elddy’s work ethic and professionalism as a music producer, recording and mix engineer, has garnered much attention from local to regional and national clients. Clientele at Loco Sound come from a variety of different backgrounds & genre of music which include Latin, Pop, Regional Mexican, Reggaeton, Rap, Hip Hop, R&B, Rock etc.
